《Letter of Appreciation》

I would like to express my gratitude towards the mediation service provided to me by the CMAC.

I was at a lost the moment I called the CMAC for assistance and felt so relieved when I was given an appointment to meet Mrs Catherine Tang just a few days later.

Unlike other voluntary organizations which treats me like ‘just another client’ and asked me to wait a long queue, my case was looked into by Mrs. Tang as if mine was the only one she had in hand at that time.

During the mediation meeting for settling our financial disposition upon divorce, Mrs. Tang and the trainee Mr. Chu were both extremely helpful in solving our problems and they are experienced as well in easing out our differences. I must mention that they are also patient enough to work till nearly 10 p.m. without hurrying us to end the sessions.

Apart from dealing with the matter with a cold mind, Mrs Tang and Mr Chu had all along gave us warmth in our calamity.

Now that the matter is settled, I still feel that they are like my old friends even though we have only met for a few times. I don’t know if I should consider myself merely lucky for having encountered Mrs Tang and Mr. Chu. All in all, I would say I have made a right choice in telephoning CMAC.
